Mostly peacefully, yet ever wild
Running in time to the blowing wind
Dancing in the clouds that drift in the heavens.

The Spirit of the Wolf resides in my soul
Longing to hear the song of the Great One
Striving to be that which I am in my natural state
Succeeding only because of the love
that the Universe grants me.

I am peaceful warrior who defends with courage.

I am teacher who instructs with purity of heart.

I am a four legged ~
teacher to the two legged.

I am guardian.

I guard the humble dwelling of my people.

I am keeper of the blood
that was passed on to me
from my Father before me
and his Father before him.

I will honor my heritage.

I am Legend.

Here am I on the day of my birth.
Behold the gift of life.
I am happy to be here ~
Let us celebrate.

Here am I ~ eleven days since my arrival.
Soon, my eyes will open.
My heartbeat quickens in anticipation
of the beauty that awaits me.

My eyes are opening ~
but I can not yet focus well.

This is the first day my paws touched the ground.
It is good to connect with Mother Earth.
